Who am I?

Hey, I’m Gorka Cassa, Your Coach for Fitness & Mindset Mastery

With 5 years of experience as a personal trainer, I’ve not only transformed my own physique but have helped hundreds of people achieve life-changing results. My coaching goes beyond workouts—I focus on building habits that create lasting success in both fitness and life.

My mission is to help you not just look better, but feel stronger, more confident, and perform at your best every single day.

I believe that fitness is the cornerstone of everything in life. HOW MY ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING WORKS?

Pre-Screening & Goal Assessment

We start by understanding your past gym experience, current fitness level, and any challenges or setbacks you’ve faced. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, I’ll assess your time availability and lifestyle to create a plan that fits your needs.

Customized Training & Nutrition Plan

Based on your goals, habits, and available equipment, I’ll design a structured, easy-to-follow program tailored specifically for you. Every detail—from workouts to nutrition—is built around your lifestyle to ensure long-term success.

Daily Check-Ins & Food Journaling

Consistency is key. You’ll log your workouts and track your meals through an app to keep yourself accountable. This allows me to monitor your progress and make adjustments when needed.

Weekly Progress Check-Ins

Once a week, you’ll weigh yourself on an empty stomach to track measurable progress. We’ll use this data to fine-tune your plan, ensuring you’re always moving toward your goals.

One-on-One Coaching Calls (30 min/week)

Every week, we’ll hop on a Zoom call to review your progress, address any challenges, and optimize your approach. We’ll cover everything from training and nutrition to stress management and sleep, ensuring you stay on track physically and mentally. Plus, between coaching calls, you’re free to message me anytime with updates, questions, or concerns.
